Dasmesh Punjabi School is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Education Assistant to support one of our diverse learners full-time through the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year. The successful candidate will work directly under the supervision of classroom teachers and learning support staff to foster student growth, independence, and confidence in both academic and social settings.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support for a designated student with diverse learning needs
- Implement individualized strategies aligned with learning and behavioral support plans
- Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and inclusion in all learning activities
- Foster a caring, respectful environment that supports emotional and academic growth
- Communicate effectively with teachers, Learning Support staff, and administration
Qualifications
- Education Assistant Certificate (or equivalent training and experience) required
- Prior experience supporting students with developmental, behavioral, or learning needs preferred
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to inclusive education and student success
