An Administrative fee of $100/student will be added to the first monthly installment.
The annual tuition fee can be paid by pre-authorized debit payments from your bank account, which are withdrawn on the first day of each school month (September to June).
If multiple student payments are made from the same bank account, one Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) form is required. List each student’s name and Grade for the school year 2025-26.
Students who withdraw from DPS must submit a written withdrawal request to the office with at least one month’s notice; otherwise, one month’s payment will be deducted.
An additional charge of $50.00 will be assessed for dishonoured/returned payment. DPS administration reserves the right to require fee prepayments in cases of a history of late fees.
Tax receipts will be issued at the end of the school year (June 2026) for those on a monthly pre-authorized payment plan.
To update or change account information, a minimum of ten (10) business days is required for changes to occur.
Please attach a void cheque or EFT bank form.
